Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Primebookings (the “Service”), operated by Hero Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Primebookings is a software-as-a-service platform that helps travel agencies receive supplier confirmation emails, structure bookings, track them across the team, and send branded client confirmations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any activity carried out under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Pricing is per agent per month, as published on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Adding or removing agents during a billing period is prorated to the day.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card details — Stripe handles all card data directly under their own terms and privacy policy. We only receive the information needed to associate a charge with your account (such as the last four digits, card brand, and a Stripe customer reference).

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no payment details required to start. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not issue refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
  • Forward content you do not have the right to forward
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including supplier emails, booking records and client information (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and trademarks, is owned by Hero Technologies Ltd. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on a number of trusted infrastructure and platform providers. Their availability and terms may affect the Service from time to time. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where the breach is capable of being remedied. On termination you may export your data within 30 days; after that period your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
